PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform water cutoff by using an existing member.SOLUTION: A terminal metal fitting 11 connected to an electric wire W consisting of a core wire W1 and an insulation coating W2 covering the core wire W1, comprises: a first terminal metal fitting 20 having a first barrel part 22 connected to the core wire W1 exposed by peeling off a part of the insulation coating W2, and a conduction part 21 continuous to the first barrel part 22; a water cutoff part 41 covering a connection part between the core wire W1 and the first barrel part 22 to perform water cutoff treatment; and a second terminal metal fitting 30 having a second barrel part 32 to which the conduction part 21 is connected, and a box part 31 continuous to the second barrel part 32.
