PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image process device that improves degradation of image quality due to an event caused by an air factor in nature such as a heat haze and the like, and can obtain excellent image quality.SOLUTION: The image process device included in an imaging device photographing a target area and processing a picture imaged by the imaging device comprises: a background image generation part 1 that generates a background image on the basis of input images sequentially input from the imaging device; a moving object extraction part 2 that detects a moving object included in input images; and a movement correction part 3 that corrects the input image on the basis of an area corresponding to a moving object in an input image and a background image therein. The moving object extraction part 2 deems an area in which a moving object is detected during a training period to be a background area, and after the training period is ended, the moving object extraction part 2 performs detection of a moving object in an area other than the background area. |
