PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolving apparatus and a dissolving method which facilitate dissolving medicine in a solvent within a medicine container.SOLUTION: A dissolving apparatus for dissolving medicine in a solvent within a medicine container is provided which comprises a medicine container holding section and a motion mechanism. A medicine container comprises a container body and a cap which is undetachable from the container body and encapsulates medicine in the container body. The medicine container holding section can hold one or more medicine containers. The motion mechanism receives external force and generates mobility to make the medicine container holding section holding one or more medicine containers carry out a specific movement.
