PURPOSE: A rear suspension system is provided to prevent damage and breaking to and of a dowel pin when in the load operation of a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension system comprises a leaf spring(9), an upper saddle(7) and a lower saddle(5). A plurality of dowel pins(23) and a center liner(25) are applied between each leaf spring, and upper and lower saddles. A pin hole and a seating surface are formed on the leaf spring, in which the dowel pin is applied. A step side is formed on the seating surface circumference. A regulation projection(27) is formed on the center liner applied between the leaf spring and the lower saddle. The regulation projection is inserted to a regulation hole(29) formed on the lower saddle. A protrusion surface is formed on the lower side of the upper saddle. The U-bolt clamping position of the protrusion surface is more protruded than the control part. |
