The present invention relates to a composition including at least one extract as an active ingredient selected among Cassiae Semen, Euphorbiae pekinensis Radix, Rhei Rhizoma, Agastache rugosa, Phytolaccae Radix, and chestnut skin. The present invention provides an anti-allergic composition, an antihistamine composition, an anti-inflammation composition, and an allergy prevention composition. The composition of the present invention improves IL-5 production inhibition activation, histamine separation or degranulation inhibition activity andβ-hexosaminidase separation inhibition activity, COX-2 inhibition activity, and passing inhibition activity of epidermal cell layer of allergen, and provides detail action mechanism of an anti-allergic agent originated from a natural product and food. |
