The present invention provides a method and a device for measuring the inclination of a pole which minimize a manual task for maintenance of the pole by determining the deterioration of a pole via the calculation of the inclination of the pole by using images of the pole and reducing errors, time, and personal expenses caused by irrationally processing a task. The method for measuring the inclination of a pole includes a pole photographing step (20) which photographs the images of the pole; an edge extracting step (30) which extracts the edge of the photographed pole; a marker substituting step (40) which substitutes a marker indicating a vertical direction of the extracted edge of the pole; and a pole inclination calculating step (50) which calculates the inclination of the pole by using two coordinates of the pole.
