PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device enabling a user to more easily read characters and such without increasing burden to his/her eyes.SOLUTION: The illuminating device includes: an illumination 10; reflectance measuring means 2 that measures reflectance for each light wavelength at an object part visibly recognized by a user; and lighting control means 3 that controls light irradiated from the illumination 10 so as to decrease reflectance at the object part on the basis of the reflectance measured by the reflectance measuring means. |
