PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member for a light-emitting device having a glass member hard to be removed from a metallic frame.SOLUTION: A cover member 3 for a light-emitting device includes a metallic frame 31 having an opening portion 31a and formed in a rectangular shape in a plane view; and a glass member 32 joined to a metallic frame 31 so as to block the opening portion 31a. The metallic frame 31 has a slit 31b of a shape along a corner, and the glass member 32 is joined with the metallic frame 31 on an inner side than the slit 31b. |
