PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a protection function of an electronic unit housed in a housing as one aspect.SOLUTION: An outdoor mobile communication base station device 10 includes: an electronic unit 20; a housing 40; and a valve 60. The housing 40 is made of a resin and houses the electronic unit 20. The valve 60 is provided at the housing 40 and has a communication path 64 allowing the interior of the housing 40 to communicate with the exterior thereof. The valve 60 opens the communication path 64 when an internal pressure of the housing 40 exceeds a specified value.
