PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap material for a building, which is excellent in dynamic strength and durability and can be structured so that various structures such as a photovoltaic power generation unit is very easily installed in a fitting type enclosure such as a roof and wall, and the enclosure.SOLUTION: A cap material A1 for a building includes fitting leg parts 12 formed from both sides in the width direction of an upper face part 11 of the cap material. A T-shaped part 2 consisting of a vertical rise-up part 21 and a horizontal part 22 is upwardly formed at an intermediate part in the width direction of the upper face part 11. An enclosure includes a building plate material 3 in which half-mountain-shaped parts 32 are formed at both sides in the width direction of a main plate 31 and a fitted part 33 fitting to the fitting leg part 12 of the cap material A1 for a building is formed on the upper end of the half-mountain-shaped part 32. In the enclosure, a plurality of building plate materials 3 are juxtaposed and the cap materials A1 for a building are fitted and fixed to both opposite fitted parts 33 of the adjacent building plate materials 3. |
