PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet guide vane capable of suppressing a pressure loss while a leak flow of fluid from the inside of a flow passage to the outside via a shaft hole is reduced.SOLUTION: An inlet guide vane 1E is equipped with a vane 1a, a shaft 1b, and a flange 1c overhung to the outside in a radial direction at the root of the shaft 1b, in which the flange 1c has a first flange part 1c1 protruding to one surface side 1a1 of the vane 1a and a second flange part 1c2 protruding to the other surface 1a2 side with a volume V2 or a protrusion amount Dt2 smaller than the first flange part 1c1. The second flange part 1c2 has a thin portion 1e whose thickness becomes smaller owing to a slope KM inclined to the shaft 1b side as going apart from the other surface 1a2. |
