PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite particle-dispersed liquid in which composite particles, each of which is obtained by depositing a plurality of metal nanoparticles on the surface of a dielectric particle, are restrained from agglomerating and exhibit good dispersibility and there are few free metal nanoparticles undeposited on the surface of the dielectric particle and to provide a complex and production methods of the composite particle-dispersed liquid and the complex.SOLUTION: The production method of the composite particle-dispersed liquid comprises: a step (a) of dispersing the dielectric particle, the surface of which is treated with a thiol group-contained silane compound, in a dispersion medium to prepare a dispersion liquid; a step (b) of adding a metal ion-formable metal compound to the dispersion liquid obtained at the step (a); and a step (c) of reducing the metal ions, which are formed in the dispersion liquid of the step (b), by a reducing agent to deposit the metal nanoparticles on the surface of the dielectric particle. |
