PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the content of tissues contained in positions of sections with simple facilities and a little computation processing.SOLUTION: A tissue distribution computing method is provided which includes a boundary extracting step S1 and a distribution computing step S2. In the boundary extracting step S1, a boundary line between two tissues included in reference sections from images of the two reference sections segmented from a biological tissue at positions holding a specimen section in a thickness direction therebetween and being proximate to both ends of the specimen section in the thickness direction. In the distribution computing step S2, based on positions of a plurality of boundary lines extracted from the images in the boundary extracting step S1, a volume content distribution in the specimen section of the two tissues partitioned by the boundary line is computed. |
