PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an application startup time while suppressing a use amount of a memory.SOLUTION: A compact information terminal includes: a plurality of application programs; a storage unit 2 that stores priority of residence of each of the application programs; a memory unit 4 that makes at least one of the plurality of application programs, which are stored in the storage unit 2, resident; and a control unit 3 that selects application programs that are to be made resident in the memory unit 4, on the basis of the priority that is stored in the storage unit 2. |
