PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify a position of an indicator provided on an alignment sheet.SOLUTION: A spherical body suction head comprises: a main body 21 having an opening 31c; a plate-like porous body 22 fitted with the opening 31c; and an alignment sheet 23 provided on one face of the main body 21 while an insertion hole 51 for aligning spherical bodies is formed to cover the opening 31c and an outer face 22a of the porous body 22, and is constituted so that it can suck the spherical bodies. An outer periphery 23e of the alignment sheet 23 is fixed to an outer periphery 31f of the opening 31c on one face of the main body 21, and is provided with an indicator indicating a predetermined reference position on the alignment sheet 23. A through hole 31g is formed on the outer periphery 31f on one face of the main body 21, and the indicator is constituted by a through hole 23f formed in an opposite region opposed to the through hole 31g on the alignment sheet 23. |
