PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image display device allowing accurate alignment with a small arithmetic amount.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic image display device includes an alignment processing part 52 including: a rotation processing part 521 rotating coordinate axes of a three-dimensional space to one piece of three-dimensional echo data so as to coincide with directions of the three-dimensional axes of the three-dimensional space to the other piece of three-dimensional echo data based on the directions in the three-dimensional space of the one piece of three-dimensional echo data and the other piece of three-dimensional echo data; and a correlation processing part 522 performing correlation processing of the three-dimensional echo data after the rotation processing and performing alignment processing of the three-dimensional echo data.
