Disclosed are a movable inverting device, a sewing machine including the same, and a sewing method suitable for the same. The movable inverting device comprises the following: an inverting crank in a crank form; a first guide block bound to the inverting crank; an inverting device upward and downward movement cylinder moving the first guide block upward and downward by being combined to the first guide block; an inverting device forward and backward movement cylinder moving the inverting device upward and downward movement cylinder forward and backward by being combined to the inverting device upward and downward movement cylinder; and an inverting cylinder providing driving force to rotate the inverting crank. |
