PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate electromagnetic noise distribution by accurately detecting an electromagnetic field strength of a test signal injected into a sample device.SOLUTION: A first signal generator 1 generates a signal of a first frequency F0 causing malfunction of a sample device 100, a second signal generator 2 generates a signal of a second frequency F1 slightly shifted from the first frequency f0, and the signals are combined at a combination device 3 and injected into the sample device 100 from an injection probe 5. A detection probe 6 receives an electromagnetic field generated in the sample device 100, an electric field strength indicator 8 measures an electromagnetic field strength of the second frequency f1, and a data processing unit 11 generates electromagnetic noise distribution data. |
