PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alerting plate which efficiently generates a vibration sound when a vehicle passes.SOLUTION: A tabular plate body 10 having a specified length made of an elastic synthetic resin has a top face 10a on which two protruded strips 11 are arranged along the length direction of the plate body 10 with a specified space from each other, and a bottom face 10b on which a detachable fixing member 13 are arranged for fixation to a road surface. The protruded strips 11 are arranged closer to both ends in the width direction of the plate body 10 than the center part in the width direction, so that the distance from the respective protruded strips 11 to both ends of the plate body 10 in the width direction is shorter than the distance between the protruded strips 11.
