PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately estimate presence of a user.SOLUTION: A server comprises an acquisition unit, an estimation unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires first presence information of a first user estimated from user information including activity information and/or position information and/or a schedule of the first user. The estimation unit estimates second presence information of the first user from user information of a second user existing in the vicinity of the first user that is determined by the position information of the first user. The determination unit determines third presence information of the first user on the basis of the acquired first presence information and the estimated second presence information.
