PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion layer which has sufficiently high peel adhesive strength on a surface of a polycarbonate resin layer by transferring a transfer base material coated with an adhesive to the polycarbonate resin layer when forming a laminate sheet using a polycarbonate resin as a base resin.SOLUTION: A transfer material with an adhesive layer for forming an adhesion layer on a sheet material using a polycarbonate resin as a main resin is formed by providing the adhesive layer formed by applying an olefin-based adhesive on one surface of a transfer base material. The transfer base material satisfies conditions (A) and (B). Here, (A): a wetting index of the surface of the transfer base material on a side where the adhesive layer is provided is 31 mN/m or larger and less than 40 mN/m, and (B): a wetting index of the surface of the transfer base material on a side where the adhesive layer is not provided is smaller than the wetting index of the surface on the side where the adhesive layer is provided, or a surface roughness of the surface on the side where the adhesive layer is not provided is larger by 0.8 μm or more than that of the surface roughness of the surface on the side where the adhesive layer is provided. |
