PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate an output device for outputting output information from a remotely-operated device, from an input device for inputting information for operating the remotely-operated device, thereby operating the remotely-operated device by the separated output device and input device.SOLUTION: A remote access device performs a relay among a remotely-operated device, an output device, and an input device via a communication network. The remote access device includes: output information control means that receives output information from the remotely-operated device, identifies an output device associated with the remotely-operated device, and transmits the output information to the output device; and input information control means that receives input information from the input device, identifies the remotely-operated device associated with the input device and the output device, and transmits the input information to the identified remotely-operated device. |
