PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus in which when performing printing of material used by a user in a meeting or the like, restriction imposed on print setting is released, and when performing printing of a matter other than the material, restriction is imposed on settable print setting.SOLUTION: Print settings, which are usually usable, are previously set for each user. When a user performs printing at a print setting other than the print settings which are usually usable, the user registers the schedule of a conference, and besides makes an application for a temporary usable print setting for using print data to be used in the conference. When an approval is made to the application, the user can perform printout at a print setting which can be used temporarily for a predetermined period only as to printing of material to be used in the conference. |
