PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the frequency characteristic of the spatial sound field of an audio device by restraining dependency on the quality of a microphone.SOLUTION: A control unit of a portable terminal instructs an acoustic device to output an inspection sound and record a first sound according to user input corresponding to a first message prompting to move a sound input device to a nearest position A to the speaker of the acoustic device displayed on a display unit and to record the first sound. After the first sound is recorded, the control unit instructs the acoustic device to output an inspection sound and record a second sound according to user input corresponding to a second message prompting to move the sound input device to a listening position B displayed on the display unit and to record the second sound. A calculation unit finds a first frequency characteristic of the first sound and a second frequency characteristic of the second sound and calculates a correction value for correcting the second frequency characteristic to a target frequency characteristic on the basis of a difference between the first and second frequency characteristics.
