PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which allows a user to easily identify a radio terminal and accurately perform pairing even though the radio terminals have the same device name.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 2 includes: a positional information acquisition part 21 for acquiring positional information of the device; a retrieval part 22 for retrieving another radio terminal with which the radio communication device 2 can wirelessly communicate; an information acquisition part 23 for acquiring device name information in which positional information of the radio terminal is added to the terminal name of the radio terminal; a relative position calculation part 24 for calculating relative positions between the radio terminals and the device; a display control part 25 for displaying positional relationship of the radio terminals on the basis of the relative positions in a visually discriminative manner; an operation processing part 26 for receiving a selection operation for selecting a pairing object among the displayed radio terminals; and a registration part 27 for registering the selected radio terminal as the pairing object of the radio communication.
