PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain boiling with proper firepower without boiling-over or firepower shortage even when a pan made of different quality of material is used.SOLUTION: An automatic boiling maintaining course is selected to start heating, pan type determination means 6 determines the type of a pan, and when boiling detection means 7 detects boiling in the pan, boiling is maintained with firepower corresponding to a determination result of the pan type determination means 6. Thus, boiling can be maintained with proper firepower without boiling-over or firepower shortage even when a pan made of different quality of material is used. |
