The present invention is a method for comprising fuel with water and methanol or biofuel and, more specifically, a mixed composition comprising additives: acetone, hydrogen peroxide, heptane, nitrobenzene, polyoxyethylenealkylether, and rhodamine. Because existing emulsion fuel comprising water has insufficient physicochemical stability, the density is high even in spraying the fuel, which generates unsmooth spraying. Also, the emulsion fuel has a problem that water and oil are not mixed well in a while, thereby causing phase separation. The emulsion fuel is frozen at low temperature with high freezing point. The present invention solves the problems and can be used widely as an alternative fuel, especially, for heating in general industries without replacing a burner. To widen the use of the fuel, apart from hydrocarbon, water and emulsion, the fuel can be added as additional fuel for multiple products provided for various purposes, for example, hydrocarbon based light oil, gasoline, kerosene, esterified or non-esterified vegetable fiber, and a mixture thereof.
