The present invention relates to an apartment planar structure with improved space efficiency which improves residential environment and amenity by having a reduced corridor space formed as a living space and by renovating and enhancing the structure of a kitchen balcony connected to a kitchen/dining room. The planar structure with improved space efficiency comprises: a first room (10) functioning as a main room; a second bedroom (20); a third bedroom (30); a living room (40); a kitchen/dining room (50); a first bathroom (60); a second bathroom (70); a balcony (80); and the front door (90); wherein the first bedroom is arranged across the living room (40) on the opposite side of the second (20) and third bedrooms (30); a corridor space formed toward the kitchen/dining room (50) is removed by having the living room (40) and the kitchen/dining room (50) arranged on collinear positions and included in a space like the living room for improving space efficiency; and the kitchen/dining room is connected through a central corridor to a kitchen balcony in which an outdoor fan, a boiler, a washing machine, a storage for home appliances, and a supplementary sink is installable.
