PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible coating liquid that maintains incombustibility and also has high adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The incombustible coating liquid contains vermiculite and an acryl modified silicone containing material. The vermiculite is a flaky particle. The maximum value of the thickness of the flaky particle is less than 1 μm. A solid content of the acryl modified silicone containing material with respect to 100 pts. wt. of a solid content of the vermiculite is 20-300 pts. wt.
