PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for a vehicle in which, when starting operation after a cooling/heating operation is switched, fluid compression in a compressor is suppressed.SOLUTION: An air conditioning device for a vehicle includes: a heat pump cycle in which a compressor 7, a four-way valve 10, an outdoor heat exchanger 8, a pressure reduction mechanism 14 and an indoor heat exchanger 12 are connected successively by main piping and which selectively performs a cooling operation and a heating operation by switching a passage of a coolant using the four-way valve 10; bypass piping 23 of which the one end is connected to main piping 21 connecting the outdoor heat exchanger 8 and the pressure reduction mechanism 14 and of which the other end is connected to main piping 24 connecting the pressure reduction mechanism 14 and the indoor heat exchanger 12; a solenoid valve 18 which is provided in the bypass piping 23; and a control section 3 which controls to open the solenoid valve 18 before switching the four-way valve 10 when switching the cooling/heating operation. |
