PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation and breakage of a fine shape part of a mold and the deformation of a fine transfer shape, thereby ensuring precise molding even in molding a flat molded product of a relatively large area having a fine transfer shape on a surface thereof.SOLUTION: Mold opening is performed in a state where a fixed side cavity 21 corresponding to a deep part in a depth of a concave part has a glass transition point temperature of a resin or above and the other fixed side cavity 21 has a glass transition point temperature of the resin or below, and as well an extrusion capacity of a part corresponding to the deep part in the depth of the concave part is made smaller than that in the other part, thereby preventing the deformation and breakage of a fine shape part of a mold corresponding to a fine concave part and the deformation of a fine transfer shape, and ensuring precise molding even in molding a flat molded product 30 of a relatively large area which has a fine transfer shape being a fine concave part on a surface thereof. |
