PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which a metal wiring layer can be constituted by a single wiring layer without disturbing a reading speed.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a plurality of pixels (1-3). The plurality of pixels (1-3) include: photoelectric conversion elements (11, 21 and 31) for generating electric charges by photoelectric conversion; impurity diffusion regions (10); gate electrodes (12, 22 and 32) for transferring the electric charges of the photoelectric conversion elements to the impurity diffusion regions; and gate control lines (13, 23 and 33) electrically connected to the gate electrodes and constituted by metal wiring lines extending in a first direction, respectively. The impurity diffusion regions of the plurality of pixels are entirely or partially connected to each other. A reading circuit region (5) is arranged in a region in the outside of the pixel arranged on an outermost side in a second direction among the plurality of pixels. A metal wiring layer arranged in a pixel array region is only a single wiring layer constituted by a plurality of wiring lines arranged at the same height. |
