PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal safety confirmation system that can not only enhance the energy efficiency and environmental friendliness and the continuity of personal safety confirmation service even in a disaster-affected period while reducing the psychological and operational loads pertaining to personal safety confirmation but also contribute to dissemination and promotion of energy saving and recoverable energy utilization in local communities.SOLUTION: A personal safety confirmation system 8 generates in current state information on an electric power supply system an electric power supply system current state information web page, into which an automatic return mail program of receiver-unsealing information for personal safety confirmation is incorporated; distributes the web page periodically or as required to a terminal device 7 of each personal safety confirmation object person 77; confirms the safety of the object person by receipt of receiver-unsealing information transmitted when the personal safety confirmation object person has unsealed and read the current state information and a history of updating of the receiver-unsealing information; and if neither receipt of unsealing information nor history updating is found after the lapse of a prescribed period, determines the need for urgent personal safety confirmation, generates urgent personal safety confirming information, and distributes it to the terminal devices of a user 66 and of the object person of personal safety confirmation. |
