PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference support device capable of effectively acquiring a minute book that plays a role as a summary document for a conference, a conference support system, a conference support method, and a program.SOLUTION: A conference support device comprises an acquisition part 41, a determination part 42, and a notification part 43. The acquisition part 41 acquires an amount of utterances of participants in conferences held in the past for respective participants of a first conference representing a conference scheduled to be held. The determination part 42 compares the amount of utterances of respective participants acquired by the acquisition part 41 and determines a participant whose amount of utterances is the least as a person in charge of creating a minute book for the first conference. The notification part 43 notifies the participant who is determined as a person in charge of creating a minute book for the first conference by the determination part 42 of a minute book creation request. |
