PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly cool a plurality of battery cells laminated on each other.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a battery block 10 configured by laminating a plurality of battery cells 1; and cooling means 3 being in a thermal coupling state with the respective battery cells 1 configuring the battery block 10 to cool the battery cells 1. The power supply device further comprises a plurality of elastic plates 4 having elasticity and thermal conductivity. The plurality of elastic plates 4 are arranged so as to be opposed to first surfaces 1X of the respective battery cells 1, and fixed in the thermal coupling state to the cooling means 3. Further, each elastic plate 4 comprises an elastically deformable movable part 4X. The movable part 4X is contacted to the first surface 1X of each battery cell 1 while being elastically pressed against the first surface 1X. |
