PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution server for distributing appropriate electronic book data in accordance with classification of a terminal owned by a user.SOLUTION: A distribution server includes: reception means for receiving an acquisition request of electronic book data corresponding to a book to be transmitted from a terminal carried by user; purchase determination means for determining whether or not the user has already purchased a book; terminal classification determination means for, when determining that the user has purchased the book, determining the classification of the terminal carried by the user who has transmitted the acquisition request of the electronic book data; and transmission means for distributing the electronic book data corresponding to the book to the terminal carried by the user. The transmission means includes: additional information extraction means for extracting additional information included in the electronic book data on the basis of the determination result of the terminal classification determination means; and transmission switching determination means for distributing the electronic book data including text information and the additional information or the electronic book data including only the additional information on the basis of the determination result of the terminal classification determination means. |
