PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscopic Raman spectrometer in which incident light to a sample and Raman scattered light from the sample can be utilized on the same optical path, and which can condense the Raman scattered light to sufficient intensity.SOLUTION: A microscopic Raman spectrometer 20 is for dispersing Raman scattered light 1a from a sample S for measurement, and includes: a light source 1 for irradiating the sample S with a laser beam 1b to irradiate the Raman diffracted light 1a; a parabolic mirror 2 for reflecting the Raman diffused light 1a from the sample S; and a lens part 4 which is arranged between the light source 1 and the parabolic mirror 2, has a through hole 4a on a path for making the laser beam 1b incident on the sample S, and for converging the Raman scattered light 1a. |
