Novelty: a fuel supply controller-meter is disclosed. Constitution: a translucent litre-graduated cylindrical container (1) having at the top a replenishment opening (hole) through which the measured fuel is drawn by the pump (7) with the assistance of the supply hose (3), a bottom discharge opening (hole) (4) from which the fuel is conducted with the assistance of the translucent discharge hose (5) to the reservoir (6) of the vehicle (emptying of the cylindrical container); inside the cylindrical container there is a distinguishable rod (8) having a surface layer of colourless chemical substance (index) which, in the presence of water, becomes coloured in red.
