PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to detect the movement of a terminal device which was made to sleep.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 comprises: a sleep control unit 16 which gets the terminal device 10 into a sleep state in which a radio communication function is stopped; a movement detection unit 17 which detects the movement of the terminal device 10 in the sleep state; and an output unit 17 which outputs terminal information on the terminal device 10 when the movement detection unit 17 has detected the movement of the terminal device 10.
