PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery having an excellent total performance at low cost.SOLUTION: In a hybrid battery 1, lead dioxide plates 11 to be positive electrode plates and lead plates 12 to be negative electrode plates, which are respectively connected with wires 190 and 180, are immersed in an electrolyte 100 in a state that they are aligned alternately. A capacitor cell 10 is configured by a unit obtained by making a pair of adjacent positive electrode plate and negative electrode plate and interposing a dielectric body or an electrolyte therebetween. A plurality of capacitor cells 10 are arranged so that each positive electrode plate and each negative electrode plate are aligned to be opposed to each other. Each positive electrode plate and each negative electrode plate opposed to each other configure a battery cell 50 together with the intermediate electrolyte 100. |
