PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excitation device capable of applying vibrations approximate to actual operation from an upper side to an object to be tested.SOLUTION: An excitation device 1 comprises a fixed part 15 to place an object TP to be tested thereon, a movable part 20 which holds the object TP to be tested between the fixed part 15 and the movable part and is provided so as to freely change the position and attitude thereof with respect to the fixed part 15, and an excitation unit 30 which applies vibrations to the movable part 20 in six axial directions. The movable part 20 can be vibrated in the six axial directions while holding the object TP to be tested between the fixed part 15 and the movable part 20 which is disposed at an upper side of the fixed part 15, such that vibrations approximate to actual operation can be applied from the upper side to the object TP to be tested. |
