The present invention relates to a composition capable of greatly improving the stability of lysine protein component even in case of containing the lysine protein of the bacteriophage originated to the high concentration, in particular, to a method to greatly improve the stability of SAL-1 or LysK in the composition including SAL-1, bacteriophage originated lysine protein or LysK to the high concentration, and to a composition thereof.
