PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel-making slag mixing method for soft soil that is adaptive to large-scale construction and can mix steel-making slag with soft soil at low cost with good balance.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of mixing steel-making slag with soft soil that mixes steel-making slag with a certain amount of soft soil thrown in a storage container 6 at a predetermined ratio, the steel-making slag mixing method for soft soil including measuring a ceratin amount of soft soil for every predetermined amount using a pre-mixing container 9, adding steel-making slag 8a with each measured predetermined amount of soft soil 5a at a predetermined ratio, and dispersing and mixing the steel-making slag 8 with the soft soil 5 by throwing the predetermined amount of soft soil 10 to which the steel-making slag is added in a storage container 6 from the pre-mixing container 9 one after another.
