PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inspection means capable of more simply and reliably inspecting a charge amplifier.SOLUTION: A charge supply device 100 comprises: a switch 108 having a first input terminal for inputting a voltage VRM, a second input terminal for inputting a voltage VRP and an output terminal, and capable of selectively switching the input terminal that is in continuity with the output terminal between the first input terminal and the second input terminal; and a capacitor 102 having one electrode connected to the output terminal of the switch 108 and the other electrode connected to an input terminal of a charge amplifier 20. |
