PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which can be easily fixed to a fixing member without elastically modifying the grommet significantly, thereby preventing cracks in the grommet, while allowing installation even if a thickness of the fixing member is changed, resulting in a versatile grommet.SOLUTION: An anti-vibration grommet is formed of a rubber-like elastic body, shows a tubular shape, and includes a groove part to fit the edge portion of a hole part of a fixing member therein on the outer circumferential surface thereof. The grommet is axially divided into two split bodies, one is inserted into the hole part from axial one side, and the other divided body is inserted from the axial other side. Both the split bodies include retaining engagement parts which are engaged with each other, after insertion, to form a retainer, and the retaining engagement parts are engaged with each other so as to be slidable in the axial direction so that the grommet can be mounted even when the thickness of the fixing member is changed. |
