PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmer capable of obtaining higher heat generation characteristics by a smaller metal amount.SOLUTION: A warmer 1 includes a heat generation layer 10 which has an oxidizable metal, an electrolyte, a reaction assistant and water, and generates heat by oxidation of the metal. The heat generation layer 10 includes a first heat generation part 101 and a second heat generation part 102 which is adjacent to or continued to the first heat generation part 101 and is thinner than the first heat generation part 101. The second heat generation part 102 is held between a plurality of first heat generation parts 101a and 101b and disposed. Thus, a recessed part 103 is formed on one surface of the heat generation layer 10. The ratio of the density of the oxidizable metal of the second heat generation part 102 to the density of the oxidizable metal of the first heat generation part 101 is 110% or lower and 90% or higher. |
