PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable settlement terminal device that does not keep customers waiting when settling accounts and a printer determination method.SOLUTION: A portable settlement terminal device includes: a storage part for storing printer information containing locations of a plurality of printers provided in an ambient environment of the device and identification information; a communication part for communicating information through wireless communication with the plurality of printers; a device state detection part for detecting a radio wave state in the wireless communication from the plurality of printers; a device specification part for specifying a printer that is recommended to execute printing among the plurality of printers based on the printer information and the radio wave state; a presentation part for presenting the location of the specified printer based on the printer information; and a print instruction part for instructing the specified printer to execute printing. |
