PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device capable of automating shortening of a time from an occurrence of a query event to a contact to a query responder for response in a transaction operation of the automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: The automatic transaction device performing a prescribed transaction with a user includes: a storage unit that stores an operation state of the automatic transaction device in the prescribed transaction and a time of a non-operation state allowed to the user in the operation state, with their associated with each other; a control unit for determining whether or not a non-operating time of the user exceeds the time of the non-operation state in the operation state stored in the storage unit; and a communication unit that, when the control unit determines that the non-operating time of the user exceeds the time of the non-operation state in the operation state, transmits it to a prescribed communication device connected to the automatic transaction device. |
