Then, even though the elasped time T1 is not greater than the switching necessary time Tref, it is determined to perform switching (S140) when the target vehicle speed Vd*(t) becomes greater than a predesignated vehicle speed threshold Vref (S130). Consequently, when switching from the brake on state to the accelerator on state at the vehicle standstill state, rapid increase of a target accelerator position Acc* (namely, an accelerator opening of a vehicle) can be restrained.
