PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fuel cell to be effectively operated by using a battery.SOLUTION: A battery 100, a fuel cell 200, and a general load 30 are connected to a single-phase three-wire type power supply line L1 from a system power source 1, and a specific load 40 for receiving electric power supplied from battery 100 is connected to a single-phase two-wire type power supply line L2 from a battery 100. The fuel cell 200 is further connected to the single-phase two-wire type power supply line L2. The battery 100 supplies startup electric power to the fuel cell 200 through the single-phase two-wire type power supply line L2 if the fuel cell 200 stops operating and cannot receive power supply from the system power source 1. |
